Campfire Cooking: Teriyaki Salmon

Yikes! Is it suppertime already? I think tonight I’ll make “Teriyaki Salmon.” The recipe comes from Camping Canada, and the inspiration is straight out of Henry And Alice: Into The Wild.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Serves: 2

salmon fillets (2)
teriyaki sauce

1. Place the partially thawed salmon in aluminum foil, either the heavy duty stuff or several layers of the regular kind.
2. Add teriyaki sauce and margarine.
3. Wrap the foil tightly and place it directly on the grill.
4. Cook the salmon for 10-15 minutes or until the fillets can be flaked easily with a fork.

Smells heavenly. Tastes even better.
